Water, 11.83 Oz
Flour, 7 Oz
Salt, 2 tbsp
Olive oil, 3 tbsp
Parmigiano reggiano (optional), 4 tbsp to sprinkle
Wash and slice the zucchini as thin as possible. Mix the flour in a bowl with the water and the salt, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the sliced zucchini; then mix well.
Pour the mixture on a well greased rectangle baking tray. Then drizzle the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmigiano reggiano (optional). Cook at 392 F for 30-35 minutes and serve warm.
