INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE
Mortadella, 3 slices
Cooked ham, 2 slices
Minced meat, 12.34 oz
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano, 3.52 oz
Bread (the soft part inside), to taste
Milk, 4.22 fl oz
Marjoram, to taste
Salt, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Wash the zucchini and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Cut them in 2 parts lengthwise and remove the inside.
Prepare the filling: chop together mortadella and ham. Add the minced meat, eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano, soft bread soaked in milk, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Add half of the zucchini inside.
Knead until the mixture is soft.
Place the zucchini on the baking tray and fill them with a generous quantity of stuffing.
Bake at 392°F for 45 minutes.
