Vegetarian Pizza

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Parasol mushrooms, 4
eggs, 4
tomatoes, 2
green peppers, 2
onion, 1
broccoli
olives
black pepper
oregano
sea salt
olive oil

PROCEDURE

Put the mushrooms in boiling water with a pinch of salt and boil 5 min.
Drain and put them in a casserole with oil.
Use mushrooms as base for your pizza, and add the vegetables on them.
Bake to 200°C for about 15 minutes, finish by putting the eggs and bake another 5 minutes.
