Valentine Jam Tart

INGREDIENTS PER 10 PEOPLE

Flour, 8,9 Oz
Sugar, 3,2 Oz
Butter, 3,2 Oz
1 egg + 1 yolk
Baking Powder, 0,35 Oz
Jam, 8,9 Oz

PROCEDURE

Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
Mix the egg and the yolk with the sugar; in the meanwhile double boil the butter until it’s totally melted.
Mix the baking powder and the flour, then add little by little to the rest of the mixture.
Finally, add the melted butter, and mix well.
Now knead the dough, cover it with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Roll out ¾ of the dough and put it in a cake pan, then cover it with the jam.
With the rest of the dough make some hearts with a cookie cutter, and place them on the jam.
Oven cook at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
