1 roll of puff pastry
5 medium sized potatoes already boiled
3 small cans of tuna in oil
50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
80 ml of milk
Turn the oven. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Season with parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Roll out the pastry (including the parchment paper) into the pan and pour in the freshly prepared potatoes, spreading them over the entire surface.
Remove the oil from the tuna can and add the tuna to the potatoes. Whisk vigorously eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Then add the milk and emulsify everything.
Pour this on the ingredients that are already in the pan. Fold the outer edge towards the inside, bake in preheated oven at 180° for about 35 minutes, or at least until the surface of the pie is golden and the pastry is colorful.
Serve the pie with tuna and potatoes while still hot, cut into slices.
