INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

puff pastry round, 1 roll
medium sized potatoes already boiled, 5
tuna in oil, 3 small cans
eggs, 3
grated Parmesan cheese, 1,7 oz
chopped parsley, 1 tbsp
milk, 2,7 fl. oz
salt
pepper
white vinegar
oil

PROCEDURE

Turn the oven. Cut the potatoes (that have aready cooled) into small pieces. Season with parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Roll out the pastry (including the parchment paper that is wrapped) into the pan and pour in the freshly prepared potatoes, spreading them over the entire surface. Remove the oil from the tuna can and add the tune to the potatoes. Whisk vigorously eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Then add the milk and emulsify everything. Pour this on the ingredients that are already in the pan. Fold the outer edge towards the inside, bake in preheated oven at 180° for about 35 minutes, or at least until the surface of the pie is golden and the pastry is colorful. Serve the pie with tuna and potatoes while still hot, cut into slices.
