INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Potatoes, 19,4 oz
Butter, 1,7 oz
Milk, 4,2 fl oz
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano, 1,4 oz
Boil potatoes, peel and mash them while still hot.
Add Parmigiano Reggiano, eggs and milk.
Stir well, then lay the dough in a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake the pie at 392°F for 20 minutes on static (conventional) mode.
Take out of the oven, divide into portions and eat hot.
