INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Tomino cheese, 8
rocket, 3 oz
raw ham (or bacon), 3.5 oz
PROCEDURE
Wash the rocket and let it drain well.
Cut each tomino cheese into halves.
Stuff each tomino with rocket leaves.
Wrap each tomino with 2 or 3 slices of Prosciutto Crudo (or bacon).
Preheat the BARBECUE 80X – De’ Longhi at the highest temperature.
Grill tomino on the grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until the Prosciutto is crunchy and the cheese inside melted.
Serve hot.
