INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

hazelnut cream
zcing sugar to taste
peanut oil

For the dough:
pastry flour, 2 cups
water, 1/5 cup
whole milk, 50 ml
sugar, 50 gr
egg, 1
vanilla extract, 1 tsp
brewer’s yeast, 0,6 oz

PROCEDURE

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour, along with all the other ingredients. Stir until you have a smooth dough and let rise for an hour and a half. Form the sausage and let rise another 15 minutes. Fry in oil at 356°F until they are browned on all sides. Pass the sugar and add the hazelnut cream, making particular wire. Buon appetito!
