Skewers of Grilled Vegetables

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

zucchini, 10,58 oz
red peppers, 8,81 oz
eggplants, 8,81 oz
salt, a pinch
extra virgin olive oil, 0,52 oz

PROCEDURE

Turn the grill De’Longhi on at high temperature and oil the plate with a brush.
Slice zucchini, eggplants and peppers into fillets.
Grill vegetables for 10-15 minutes, turning them until they get soft.
Add salt and pack the skewers alternating the different vegetables and drizzle with oil.
