Grilled skewers of meat soy-flavored

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Chest Chicken, 7 oz
Pork sausage, 7 oz
Beef, 7 oz
Green pepper, 1
Red Pepper, 1
For the marinade sauce:
Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
Beer, 1 cup
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix of herbs, to taste

PROCEDURE

Dry and cut the meat into little pieces.
Clean the peppers, remove the skin and seeds and cut them into little squares.
Create the skewers by mixing the peppers and meat.
Mix the ingredients for marinade sauce and marinate the skewers, let them rest for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Grill the skewers on the grill and serve them with Polenta and grilled vegetables.
