INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fresh pumpkin, 17 oz
black olives, 10,6 oz
salt
pepper
rosemary
sage
e.v.o. oil
PROCEDURE
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and turn on the oven at 390° F. Dice the pumpkin and place it on the baking sheet, add the olives, salt, pepper, rosemary, chopped sage and a little olive oil . Cook for 40 min.
