Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato, Ricotta and Pumpkin Seeds

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Spaghetti, 9, 3 Oz
Fresh Tomatoes
, 10, 2 Oz
Ricotta
, 2,5 Oz
Extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tablespoon
Pumpkin seeds, 1 Tablespoon

PROCEDURE

Bring water to a boil.

Wash and cut tomatoes.
Drop spaghetti into boiling water, stir and cook about 810 minutes according to package instructions.
 Put 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick pan.
Add Fresh Tomatoes, Ricotta and pumpkin seeds.
Drain spaghetti in a colander.
Mix spaghetti into the tomatoes, ricotta and seeds sauce.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Serve warm.
