Lemon and arugula sorbet

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

lemon juice, 3,5 oz
sugar, 7 oz
natural water, 10,1 fl oz
arugula, 1,7 oz

PROCEDURE

Place the water in a bowl with sugar, filtered lemon juice, finely chopped arugula. Stir well until the the sugar is dissolved.
Put into Gelataio cylinder.
The sorbet will be ready in 30 minutes.
