INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE
water, 8,5 floz
lemon juice, 4 floz
sugar, 6,3 oz
fresh mint, 1 bunch
In a saucepan dissolve the sugar in the water and lemon juice, just to obtain a syrup. Let it cool.
Finely chop the fresh mint and add it at the syrup
Pour into the drum of Il Gelataio – previously cooled in the freezer – and operate the shovel. The sorbet will be ready in about 25 minutes.
Keep the sorbet in the freezer until ready to serve.
Serve the sorbet in bowls, it is a great digestive after a meal.
