INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Water, 1/2 cup
White sugar, 1/2 cup
Pink grapefruit, 4
Lemon juice, 5 tbsp
Limoncello, 3 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Boil water. Then add sugar and stir until dissolved. let it cool.
Squeeze the grapefruit, filter and add its juice to the dissolved sugar mix and add the lemon to cool syrup.
Add the limoncello and let rest for an hour.
Pour into the gelato maker.
The sorbet will be ready in about 40 minutes.
