INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

water, 6,7 fl oz
filtered mapo juice, 10,1 fl oz
sugar, 7 oz

PROCEDURE

Mix the sugar with the water, than add the mapo juice.
Put into Gelataio cylinder.
The gelato will be ready in 30 minutes.
