sugar, 3/4 cup
oil, 1,7 fl. oz
eggs, 3
orange, 1
milk if needed
icing sugar

PROCEDURE

In a bowl whip together eggs and sugar, oil and flour. Then, add orange juice and zest. You need to get a smooth consistency.If the mixture seems dry, add some milk.
Lay a sheet of baking paper over a rectangular baking tray and pour the mixture on it. Cook for about 25 minutesat 360 ° F, until slightly golden.
Cut the cake into squares and eventually sprinkle with icing sugar. If you want, you can decorate with orange zest.
