INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

“lemon plum tomato”, 10,6 oz
extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar of Modena
melon, 7 oz
small fresh wild-lettuce leaves (in Italy it is called “misticanza”), 7 oz

PROCEDURE

Wash, peel and cut the melon
Wash and slice the yellow little tomatoes
Wash and cut the salad mix
Mix all together and dress with extra virgin olives oil and Modena’s aromatic vinegar
