“Sa scova’e Santa Maria”: Sardinian drink with helichrysum liqueur

INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

the juice of ½ lime
brown sugar, 2 tsp
liqueur of Helicryum, 0,5 fl. oz
liqueur of Lychee, 0,5 fl. oz
London dry gin, 0,5 fl. oz
ice cubes
a slice of lime for the decoration

PROCEDURE

In a boston glass squeeze half a lime to get its juice and then add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. Pour 3 cl of Chrysos liqueur of Helichrysum, 1.5 cl of Lychee liqueur, 1.5 cl of London Dry Gin, fill with ice cubes and shake well and long.
Sift well the liquid inside a tumbler or a granity glass, filled previously with pressed ice.
Mix well the drink and the ice with a stinger, garnish with a slice of lime and two straws. Serve and quench your thirst …It ‘s very good!
