INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

Puff pastry, 1 roll
Egg, 1
Brown sugar, 2 tbsp
Peaches, 2
Cinnamon, to taste
Confectioner’s sugar, to taste

PROCEDURE

Cut the peaches into thin slices, about 0,07 inches thick.
Cut the puff pastry into six stripes. Brush them with the beaten egg.
Distribute brown sugar and cinnamon over the stripes.
Put the peaches in the middle of a stripe. Close the pastry covering the peaches. Roll up and place in bowls with the dimensions of a small cup for ice cream.
Cook in oven at 356°F for about 30 – 35 minutes, on ventilated mode.
Let cool down, then dust with confectioner’s sugar.
