Rolls of speck, smoked scamorza and potatoes

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

speck, 3,5 oz
smoked scamorza, 1
potatoes, 4 small
salad
balsamic vinegar

PROCEDURE

Boil the potatoes and cut into wedges. Put in the center of the slice of speck a piece of smoked cheese cut in a hlf and a slice of boiled potato. Wrap forming a roll. Bake the rolls at 390° for 5 or 10 minutes, just long enough to let the smoke cheese melt.
