INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Pork rib-eye steaks, 4
fresh broad beans, 35,3 oz
spring onions, 2
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper q.b
For the sauce:
parsley
garlic, 3 cloves
oregano
green chili pepper, 1
hot paprika
bay leaves, 2
basil
extra virgin olive oil, 3,4 fl. oz
white vinegar, 3,4 fl. oz
water, 3,4 fl. oz

PROCEDURE

Shell the beans, let’s put in a pan with chopped onions, oil, salt and pepper.
Add half a liter of water and cook for about 30 minutes with the lid on.
You should start to prepare the sauce.
Chop all the spices and herbs, combine it in a bowl with olive oil, vinegar and water. Pour the cream in a jar or container if possible and let it rest in the fridge a couple of days before using it.
The meat should be cooked to your liking, in a pan, cast iron or soapstone; spices, essential salt and
pepper.
Cooking, those who love rare meat well cooked those for asset may I suggest a medium baking.
