INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE
tomato, 1 medium per person
mozzarella, 1 bocconcino – small mozzarella cheese, the size of an egg- per person
dill, 1 tbsp of dill
Extra Virgin Oilive Oil
Salt and pepper
Cut tomatoes into little cubes. Pour them in a bowl and season with salt.
Wait for 10-15 minutes before using them, remembering to drain water.
Cut mozzarella in very thin slices, add pepper and dill on top of each slice.
Tie mozzarella slices with 4 chive rows, as if you were tiying a gift box.
Lay on the it 1 or 2 spoons of tomato cubes, and dress with oil.
Lay the “pack” of mozzarella and tomato cubes on a plate, add oil on top and serve.
