INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
medium potatoes, 4
milk, 4 fl. oz
feta cheese to your liking
salt andn pepper
Boil potatoes and mash them with a fork, add beaten egg, diced feta cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Add nutmeg if you like it or simply add chopped fresh parsley.
Add a little bit of milk and whisk together. Put this mixture in 4 baking tins and bake for 20′ to 150°C, then turn the oven to 180°C and bake until golden brown.
