INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
buffalo mozzarella, 1/2 lb
E.V.olive oil, 2 tbs
tuna roe, 2 tbs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
basil, 3 leaves
Halve the tomatoes and season with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a little black pepper.
Place the tomatoes on the hot grill and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cut the mozzarella in slices and full the tomatoes.
Add the chopped basil and complete with tuna roe.
