INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

Polenta, 21 oz
Cheese, 5 oz
Sausage, 7 oz
Butter, 2 oz
Olive oil, to taste

PROCEDURE

Distribute the butter on a baking tray and put into the polenta slices.
Switch on the grill. Grill sausages for 10 minutes and cut them into chunks, distribute them on the polenta with cheese flakes.
Add a little olive oil.
Cook botched polenta for about 15 minutes at 365°F.
