Pie With Zucchini

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

Roll of puff pastry , 1
Egg yolks, 2
Grated parmigiano reggiano , 200 gr
Diced stretched cheese, 200 gr
Zucchini , 6
Double cream, 100 gr
Milk to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Onion to taste
Baking pan in the shape of heart
Parchment paper

PROCEDURE

I washed and cut the zucchini into rounds and I made them brown in a pan with olive oil and chopped onion. I placed on a baking sheet in a heart shape the dough with his parchment paper.
I joined the zucchini egg yolks, grated parmesan cheese, cream and diced stretched cheese, I filled the pastry with the mixture, and I brushed the edges with milk.
