Homemade piadina

INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

wheat flour, 2,5 oz
water, 1,2 oz
extra virgin olive oil, half spoon
salt, to taste
ham steak, 3 slices
scamorza cheese, 3 slices

PROCEDURE

Knead wheat flour, water, oil and salt.
Roll out in order to get a circular shape for your piadina.
Put the piadina on a Contact Grill De Longhi for 7 minutes, after having bitten with a fork.
Put steak ham and scamorza cheese slices into your piadina.
Put again your piadina on a Contact Grill De Longhi for 2-3 minutes.
