Peaches grilled with speck and rosemary

15 minutes
INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

yellow peaches, 4
sliced speck, 3.5oz
rosemary, to taste
honey, to taste

PROCEDURE

Rinse peaches and cut them into 4 slices.
Preheat the BARBECUE 60X – De’Longhi to maximum temperature
Grate the slices for about 5 minutes on both sides.
Wrap the peaches with the speck.
Wash the rosemary and put 1 sprig of rosemary in each slice.
If you like, add some honey before serving.
