INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Amaretti biscuits, 10
Chocolate, 1,7 oz
Butter, 1 oz
Amaretto liqueur, to taste
Brown sugar, 2 tbsp
Cinnamon, to taste
Lemon, 2 tbsp
Wash and dice peaches. Put them in small bowls and add sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a mixer, put amaretti, butter, liqueur and chocolate. If it is too dry, add a little more liqueur.
Cover the peaches with the amaretto mixture.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes on static (conventional) mode.
