Grilled red peppers with basil

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

slice of bread, 4
fresh basil, 1 /2 cup
olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste

PROCEDURE

Rinse the peppers and cut them into large slices.
Preheat the BARBECUE 60X – De’Longhi at the highest temperature.
Cook them into the grill until tender. It will take 6-7 minutes.
Once cool, peel the slices.
Marinate them with oil, basil and salt.
Preserve them into the fridge, into a jar, covered with oil.
