Puff pastry, 1 Roll
Mascarpone, 11 Oz
Chopped hazelnuts, 2 Tablespoons
Icing sugar, 1 Oz
Lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Hazelnuts, 4 Oz
Preheat the oven at 180 ° C. In the meanwhile, flat the dough into a round cake pan, then bake for 15 minutes.
Peel the pears, cut them into halves and remove the core. Slice finely, trying to maintain the shape of the fruit. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Stir mascarpone, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the dough and top with the pears.
Mix finely chopped hazelnuts, the coarsely chopped ones and icing sugar, then pour over the surface evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
