Pear and almond tart

INGREDIENTS PER 10 PEOPLE

Puff pastry, 1 Roll
Pears, 2
Butter, 100 gr
Sugar, 100 gr
Almond flour, 100 gr
Eggs, 2

PROCEDURE

Flat the pastry on a baking tray, pricking the dough with a fork.
Prepare the almonds dough:
In a bowl, whisk together softened butter and sugar till they get puffy.
Add ground almonds and eggs then stir well.
Peel and cut the pears into into halves, removing the core.
Place each half on the dough, with the carved side up.
Pour the almonds dough over the pastry, don’t to cover the pears.
Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
Pears can be replaced with apples or other fruit, following the season availability.
