INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

Cake flavour, 14 Oz
Butter, 7 Oz
Eggs, 2
Baking powder, 1/2 Teaspoon
A pinch of salt
Sugar, 7 Oz
A pinch of lemon zest

PROCEDURE

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Place the flour, with an hole in the center. Fill the hole with the sugar, eggs and the butter (at room
temperature). Knead quickly to obtain a homogeneous and compact mixture.
Wrap the dough and place in the refrigerator half an hour.
The pastry is ready and now you can create cookies and tarts as you want it!
