DIFFICULTY: 2

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

cream, 2 cups
agar agar, 1 tsp
unsweetened cocoa, 2 tbsp
brown sugar, 3 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly in a bowl.
In a saucepan, dissolve the agar agar in the cold cream with a whisk. Combine the dry ingredients to the cream, stirring to avoid lumps in cooking.
Put on the fire, stirring constantly. Thicken well, then pour into molds, let cool and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
Serve the panna cotta with dark chocolate melted in a double boiler for a more intense flavor.
