INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
ciabatta bread, 4
extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons
mint, 4 leaves
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat the grill to the highest temperature
Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut into thin slices. Cook on hot grill plate, over medium heat for 5 min per side. Put the grilled zucchini in a wild bowl and season with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper and mint leaves.
Halve the ciabatta bread. Stuff them with mozzarella, cut into slices and lay mint on top.
Place the buns on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 5′.
