INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fresh orecchiette (Italian shape of pasta), 17 oz
pesto, 2,8 oz
tomato paste home made, 6,7 oz
garlic, 1 clove
oil e.v.o. to taste
Boil water, meanwhile in a saucepan sauté garlic with two tablespoons of oil. Take off the heat and add tomato paste, 1/2 glass of water, add salt and cook for 10 min. Add pesto and mix.
Drain orecchiette and season with this tasty pesto .
