Onion and Carrot Light Soup

INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

Medium onions, 2
Carrots, 4
Potato, 1
Salt
Dried cranberries

PROCEDURE

Finely chop the onions, the carrots and the potato and combine into a saucepan.
Cover the vegetables with cold water, then cook over medium-lower heat, 20-25 min.
Mix in a blender until smooth.
Season and complete with dried cranberries on the top.
