Milk liqueur

INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

For about 3 pt. lqd:
whole milk, 17 fl. oz
pure liquor alcool, 17 fl. oz
granulated sugar, 2+1/2 cup
organic lemon, 1/2
vanilla pod, 1

PROCEDURE

In a big bottle or an airtight container pour all the ingredients, then open the vanilla pod and scratch the seeds. Keep it for 15 days or more (even a month) in a dark place, shaking it now and then. Filter and pour in a bottle.
The liquor will look stratified: the lighter part on the top, the cream on the bottom: shake it before use.
