INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Slices of veal, 4
Breadcrumbs, 6 Oz
Grated Parmesan cheese, 1,5 Oz
Butter, 1,5 Oz
Olive oil, 0,5 Oz
Lemon wedges to serve, 4
In a bowl, beat together eggs, salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another dish.
Dip cutlets first in the egg mixture and than in breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet, mealt the butter over medium-high heat and add oil.
When the butter is hot, fry the cutlets for 4 minutes per side.
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
