INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

linguine (Italian type of pasta), 6,3 oz (spaghetti)
tuna in oil, 1 small box
salted capers, 10-12
tomato sauce, 1 cup
onion, 1/2 small
salt
oil

PROCEDURE

In a pan heat the oil and the onion. The flame should be very gentle. When the onion is softened, add the tuna (drained of its oil) and let it fry for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the salted capers (so you need not add more salt) and cook 1 more minute. Pour the tomato sauce and mix all ingredients. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally (15-20 minutes, just enough time to prepare the dough). Meanwhile start to put the pot on the fire for the linguine and drain again. Put the pasta into the pan with the sauce and mix well. Serve and serve hot.
