INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fresh mixed salad, 7oz
pecorino cheese, 5oz
extravergin olive oil, 2 tablespoons
salt, to taste
honey, to taste
Wash the salad and let it drain well.
Cut pecorino cheese in dices.
Cut pears in slices and throw the core.
Preheat BARBECUE 80X – De’ Longhi at maximum heat.
Grill the pears on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Put the mixed salad, the pecorino cheese dices and the grilled pear slices and season with oil, salt and honey.
