The future of education of food innovators @ Vinitaly and the City

Saturday 9th of April from 4pm to 5pm at Loggia of Fra Giocondo, during Vinitaly and The City, the fellows of Future Food Institute will present the future of the food innovation in the following areas: food production, Digital Fabrications, food policies and access to food, AGTECH, health, taste and social innovation.

The focus of the speech will be the FOOD INNOVATION PROGRAM, the FOOD INNOVATION EXECUTIVE PROGRAM (workshop dedicated to the professionals of food company in Italy and abroad) and FIP 2.0 starting on September 2016.

Food Innovation Program, second cycle master program dedicated to food and innovation, promoted by Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia (Unimore), Future Food Institute of Bologna (FFI) and Institute for the Future of Palo Alto (IFTF) – 12 months of creative learning and design thinking, scouting and identification of the critical technologies, the food distribution, the retail and the consumption, as well as the diffusion and the development of radical innovation of the food sector through a global approach that it considers the whole supply chain of the food sector.

The students will partecipate in a unique tour in the food world and they will have the opportunity to look for and understand the motivations, the drivers and the impacts of the food innovation all around the world. An important chance to live at firsthand an innovative and exiting experiences in three hub of excellence in the world: from Silicon Valley in California, via Reggio Emilia until you end up at Shanghai in China.
