INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

Eggs, 4
Sugar, 14.1 oz
Salt, 1 teaspoon
Flour, 21.1 oz
Baking powder, 1 packet
Lemon zest, to taste
Milk, 11.8 fl oz
Butter, 7.05 oz

PROCEDURE

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to remove any clump.
Put the liquid mixture into a round baking pan with a hole in the center, buttered and floured.
Bake at 356°F for 50 minutes on ventilated mode adding grains of sugar, while baking.
