Honey, lemon and ginger syrup

INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

For a 17 oz jar:
organic or unwaxed lemon, 1
a 10 cm piece fresh ginger
wildflower honey, a bit less than 17 oz

PROCEDURE

Wash the lemon, cut it into halves and slice it. Peel the ginger and cut
it into thin slices. Put lemon and ginger in an airtight jar and cover with wildflower honey. Stir,
close the jar and store in the refrigerator. When you feel like it, boil some water, in a cup put 1-2
tablespoons of honey with a few slices of lemon and ginger and cover with water. You can also use
this honey mixture to sweeten black tea.
