Sugar, 6 Tablespoons
Egg white, 1

PROCEDURE

Flat the dough using a floured rolling pin, reach a thickness of 1.5 cm.
Whisk the egg white, brush the dough with it, then drizzle with powdered sugar. Preheat the oven at 200 ° C. Cut strips about 10 cm long and 2 cm wide ouu of the dough. Twist them at both ends.
