INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

For 1 cup pf hot chocolate:
milk, 1 glass
dark chocolate cut into chinks, 1,4 oz
vanilla extract – if you want you can add cinnamon or even chili
corn starch, 1 tsp
brown sugar, 1 tsp
dutch cocoa powder, 1 tbs

PROCEDURE

Boil the milk in a pot on low heat, immediately add the starch and make sure it melts before th milk starts boiling.
Add the vanilla extract, or your favourite spice, then add cocoa powder and let the milk boil slowly until it
becomes as thick as you like.
Serve with fresh whipped cream and a little bit of cinnamon on top of it.
