Hearts of ricotta cheese with peppers and walnut

INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

ricotta cheese, 7,8 oz
walnuts, 1,4 oz
flour 00, 0,8 oz
egg, 1
breadcrumbs, 1,8 oz
peanut oil
black pepper220 g di ricotta romana
40 g di noci
25 g di farina 00
1 uovo 50 g di pangrattato
olio di semi di arachidi Pepe nero

PROCEDURE

Cut the ricotta so as to obtain a heart.
Cover the hearts in flour and put twice in egg and bread crumbs mixed with pepper.
Fry seed oil at 340°F for a few minutes on both sides.
Serve with walnuts and the remains of cottage ricotta made from heart shapes. Buon appetito!
