INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

handful of cremini mushrooms
mozzarella cheese, 1 ball
basil pesto, 2 tbsps
sundried tomato pesto, 2 tbsps
extra virgin olive oil
salt

PROCEDURE

Drizzle some oil over a baking tray.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them in ½ slices. Put them in the tray, season with a little salt, and drizzle with pesto and the sundried tomato pesto. Add mozzarella, cut into slices, or thorn. Grill for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms cooked. Serve with rustic bread.
